  • 2019 Camp Office: You can find us in our summer office in the Commons,  Woodward/Kingsley Gym complex, on the Willow Grove Campus, along Willow Grove Avenue.
  • DROP-OFF + PICK-UP Location:  Look for Summerside on the Hill signs on Willow Grove Avenue as indicated on map. To ensure the carline runs safely and effectively, we ask that you remain in your car at all times. Counselors will help buckle your child into their seat. Parking for walk-ins is located in the Admissions Lot located at the Maguire Stadium.

  • Before + After Care: 7:30am-8:30am, daily rate of $5....... 3:30pm-6pm, daily rate of $25 (pm weekly $100) To register, click here

What to bring

ALL campers must wear shorts, sneakers and a t-shirt. Sunscreen should be applied before camp starts and campers will be reminded to reapply midday.  Hats are strongly recommended, as campers will spend most time outside (unless they are in a specialty camp that requires them to be indoors).

Campers 
should pack the following items EVERYDAY (please put your campers FULL NAME or LAST NAME on all personal belongings):
  • Water bottle (we will have water stations set up around campus for refilling)
  • Full set of extra clothes (including socks)
  • Sunscreen (spray sunscreen is the easiest and quickest way for counselors to help younger campers reapply)
Please do not allow your camper to bring additional personal items (stuffies, blankets, playing cards, etc.). We are not responsible for items that become lost or broken while at camp.

Summerside Counselors:
All staff meet PA Certification Requirements per Law and have been fully trained before the camp season. Please know you can quickly identify the following types of staff based on the shirt they are wearing:

• Camp Instructors = Light Blue Summerside Polo
• Camp Counselors = Red Summerside T-shirt, STAFF on back
Tuition
Tuition is specific to each camp. Please refer to the camp descriptions listed in each category for specific tuition rates.

Discounts and Flexible Payment Plans
Summerside on the Hill offers a variety of discounts and payment options. Families can either pay in full or opt for our 4 month or 7 month payment plans. These plans can be found at check-out. 

We also offer flexible payment plans. You may reserve a space in camp with a $200 deposit when you register, and you will have until Aug 16, 2019 to complete your payments for the camp season. 

Refunds
Refund reguests made between Dec. 15, 2018 - March 31, 2019 will have a $25 cancellation fee.
Refund reguests made between April 1 - April 30, 2019 will have a $50 cancellation fee. 
Refund reguests made between May 1 - Aug. 16, 2019 will have a $75 cancellation fee.
